All About Tents and Camping

So if you know of any camping sites where they have amenities such as showers, toilets and grills…and they allow tents inform me please. thanks!

At the tomb of the unknowns at Arlington national cemetery there is a small tent off to the side. You can see it in the following picture:

You can see the marble leading up to it is worn out, but at no point during the changing of the guards do they go up to it. What is it for?
